Subject : Prayer for setting up a canteen in the school campus.

Sir,

We, the students of your school, would like to draw your attention to the fact that most of us come from long distances. We have to stay in the school for a long time. To pass this long time we need tiffin. But for the want of a canteen we have to take tiffin from outside restaurants, which is both costly and unhygienic. So we feel the necessity of a canteen in the school campus.

Subject: Application for setting up a canteen in the school campus.

Sir,
I, on behalf of the students of class Nine of your school, have to honor to state that (school name) is one of the most famous schools in the District (name). But it is just a matter of great regret that there is no canteen on your school campus. We acutely desire of a canteen. Our classes start at 9.00 a.m. and break up at 4 p.m. There is a thirty minutes break at lunchtime. However, most of the learners cannot go home for lunch given that they live far away. They have to take their lunch at roadside hotels. But many of these are unhygienic and bad for our health. Moreover, the school canteen may provide low-priced hygienically prepared foods.

May, we therefore pray and hope that you would be enough kind to set up a canteen in our school campus and oblige thereby.

Sincerely yours,
Sumaiya
